In addition to strictly Israeli transactions, our firm manages international transactions that are related to Israel. We represent individuals and corporations in corporate related transactions, mergers and acquisitions, the formation of new corporations, shareholder agreements, noncompetition agreements, employee agreements, consulting agreements, development agreements, marketing agreements, and transactions for the purchase, licensing and use of technology and know-how. In our experience with international joint venture agreements we have handled complex issues such as cross-border technology transfers, intellectual property ownership, and the associated labor relations and taxation issues. Of particular interest, we have experience representing clients in transactions with Israeli hi-tech companies that involve the potential for restrictions imposed by the Office of the Chief Scientist.
